Ryan Evans, Project Manager

Earning your eagle scout badge earlier than most other scouts is through dedication and perseverance – Ryan is one of those people. After graduating from Coughlin High School and Luzerne County Community College, Ryan followed his father’s footsteps in joining the IBEW. Soon after completing five years of Apprenticeship training and becoming a Journeyman, Ryan made it clear he was more than just an average electrician. His hard work and dedication shows though in every project he tackles. Ryan came to work for ARC Electric in 2004 as a Journeyman on a Hershey Foods project. He quickly became a Foreman and was then promoted to Project Manager in 2011. Ryan’s strengths are making sure the entire project flows smoothly though communicating with the customer and electricians, making sure materials are on site and on time and scheduling the proper amount of labor, just to name a few. Ryan brought his estimating ability from the field into the office and provides his clients with turnkey solutions. Ryan is a natural leader and is an asset to every client he works with to ensure projects are completed on as efficiently as possible.
